Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home. The space The Holiday Home is an entire apartment of over 200 square meters, arranged on three floors, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is the living-dining room with the fireplace, the large kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the second floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the garden, guests can relax in the outdoor lounge areas, under the gazebo, have lunch at the large picnic table, cook on the barbecue, relax and sunbathe by the pool, or play table tennis or beach rackets on the lawn.
