This area is located in the Marais, 15 min walking distance to the river Seine and just mere steps from the famous lively rue de Bretagne and the garden of the square du temple right across the street. It is very convenient for transportation with 6 metro lines within a 10 minute walk (République, Temple, Arts et Métiers and Réaumur Sebastopol metro stations). The apartment can sleep 4 adults and a small child (under 12 y.o.) with one large and quiet bedroom onto the courtyard and another bedroom with sofa bed onto the street with double glazed windows. This second bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding doors enlarging the living room when open. The apartment comes with a fully equipped American kitchen with dining table and chairs. It has all modern comforts in terms of equipment such as a washing machine in the pantry, Wifi, music with connected SONOS speakers, video projector connected with cable TV.
