Cosy Flat Near Botanical Gardens

The space We live in the central disctict "Nippes", in one of the most typical and popular neighbourhoods of the city. Here we have parcs all around us, the river Rhine, the zoo and the botanical garden are nearby. At the same time, we are just 1km from the downtown district's limits. The trade fair grounds are about 10 minutes by car or taxi. The apartment is conveniently furnished - comfortable beds are important to us, a usable small kitchenette, a clean bathroom with tub. You have a TV with an incredible number of cable channels, and our WiFi connection is free of charge. Since we've been renting out our cute little apartment for more than 7 years, we've had many business travellers, friends and family of people from the neighborhood, and of course tourists staying with us. Many or our guests are regulars. It's a quiet, compfy place that gives you complete independence. Free parking is right around the corner, so is a bus stop. Even the subway is not far, and it takes you in a few minutes (4 stops) to the heart of the city, to the Cologne Cathedral.
