Gryffindor is located in the hills above Pergola with views of Mount Catria. The house is on two independent levels, the ground floor consists of a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (sleeps 4), the upper floor of a double bedroom, one single and one double , kitchen, living room with TV, dining room and bathroom (sleeps 5/6). The outdoor space is large (1.5 ha); a large patio is equipped with tables, chairs and benches; adjoining a table tennis room, wood stove, and a small barbecue. The house is very quiet and peaceful, bordered by farmland and forest, there are wild animals: deer wild boars, porcupines, foxes etc. The location is strategic: 30km c is the sea (Marotta, Senigallia, Fano), 15km to the mountain where you can enjoy many excursions. In the neighborhood there are many the splendid medieval towns such as Urbino, Mondavio, Cagli, Corinaldo and many others.
