Ideal for a vacation, or teleworking, you will appreciate its proximity to Lisbon and nature: the beaches of the "Costa da Caparica" ("Fonte da telha" about 2.5 km away), Arrábida National Park. The 2 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with connected electric heaters (with cast iron and inertia) on the wall from the Sauter brand. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with connected electric heaters from the Rointe brand. The fireplace can also be lit for ambiance and more heat if needed. You can dry your laundry in the washing machine. Comfort in summer: Being close to the sea, in a pine forest and on the ground floor protects from the heat in summer at night. The bedrooms are equipped with quiet and connected ceiling fans. In addition to being more environmentally friendly, they can reduce the temperature by up to 6 degrees Celsius, keep away any insects, and do so without drying out the mucous membranes and thus avoiding colds.
