Kurnell is a beach side suburb, close to Botany Bay National park. Our modern holiday house has 3 bedrooms, open plan living, dining, kitchen area and private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor sink. The house is safe for children as the courtyard is fully enclosed. Our prices are negotiable for longer stays. Our house is perfect for families and child friendly with a fully enclosed courtyard. Kurnell is quiet, with lots of outdoor activities, stroll along the beach, watch kite surfers, wind surfers and catamarans sail. Sit in one of the cafes and enjoy great coffee and food whilst taking in the water views of the bay. Take a drive into Botany Bay National park to Cape Solander for some whale watching. You can launch your boat from the boat ramp or fish off the many groins. Cronulla is a 10 min drive away, where you can visit many beaches, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. Miranda is a 20 min drive where you can explore the many shops in Westfield. The city of Sydney is a 40 - 50 min drive, depending on the time of day and traffic. Guest access Our guests can enjoy their privacy and utilise our entire house and courtyard. We ask our guests to park in the street as we occasionally require access to the rear of our property via the driveway which we need to keep clear at all times. Other things to note Kurnell is situated near the airport, a 35- 45 min drive away. As such there is some aircraft noise as planes take off and land. However, the noise is minimal and lasts only seconds. The airport has a curfew, so there are no flights after 11pm or before 6am.
