The house is in a calm and small medieval village, Fontclara, within the golden triangle of the Empurdanet, formed by Pals, Palau Sator and Peratallada. It is in a privileged location 10 minutes from the Ampurda Golf and 20 from large and small beaches around the Costa Brava landmarks of Tamariu, Callella, Llafranc and Begur. It is an ideal place for golfers, bikers and walkers enjoying nature,culture and good food from the restaurants in neighbouring villages. Bikes and gulf clubs provided! The space It is a two-floor house. The first floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace, TV, a vertical piano and a large window with views of the garden. On this floor, there is also the kitchen, the dining and the laundry rooms. The kitchen has a skylight in the ceiling from which natural light enters as well as windows to the porch and the interior patio, It is separated from the dining room by a fabric curtain that allows the two spaces to be divided or joined as needed. The dining room has a long table that comfortably seats eight people and has an additional table that can be added to accommodate up to twelve diners. At one end there is a window that connects to the interior gardened patio and at the other there is a display case with a complete dinner service for 12 people, glasses and tablecloths. In the laundry room, one finds a washing machine and a dryer, an iron, a steaming machine, an iron table and a clothesline. On the second floor, there is a studio/reading room with charming views of the countryside and the nearby village, Palau Sator. The studio has access to a terrace featuring a pond with water lilies and a sitting area, providing a privileged spot to enjoy the sunset.
