A comfortable bedroom with super king bed and shared bathroom available in south Toowoomba, with a rural view and acreage next door, giving a country, fresh air feeling. It would be best to have own transport, being 6klms from shopping centre. There is no public transport. The space If you like being close to town but enjoy the tranquility of the country, than you will love it here. Town is only 7mins away, handy to lots of restaurants/takeaways and groceries (Woolies, Coles & Aldi). Guest access You will have access to open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area which separates your bedroom from the remaining house. The lounge has a lovely wood heater for those cool nights, also an air conditioner if it gets very hot. You will be sharing the bathroom if other guests have booked either of the other two rooms available. During your stay I will be coming and going, so will be around to answer any queries about our beautiful city of Toowoomba and surrounding district as best as I can. Other things to note As we do not have reticulated water, the house is run off tank water. We have not run short lately, but it is best not to be wasted. We are also not sewered. The house has two septic tanks. Normal precautions prevail.
