Fully equipped with new equipment. 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 cm, 1 bed 140 cm, 1 bed 90 cm, 1 foldable baby bed), equipped kitchen, dining room/ kitchenette / lounge area, washing machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishwasher, TV, bathroom, bathroom, 2 toilets, pantry, electric heating, wood stove (winter), garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, private enclosed grounds, private parking. Short stay outside summer and winter holidays (minimum 2 nights) possible. Preferential curist rate from April to November (excluding July and August). Sheets, towels, towels provided, beds made (optional). Pet supplement: €15 per day per pet (to be paid one month before the start of the rental directly to the owner). One pet allowed maximum (1 dog or 1 cat). Security deposit amount: €500 (to be provided upon entering the accommodation). Electric included. Wood (approx. 5 logs included per day). Linen rental (optional - to be paid one month before the start of the rental directly to the owner): €20/person/stay (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels). Cleaning fee at the end of the stay (optional - to be paid a month before the start of the rental directly to the owner): €100. Cleaning must be done on the day you leave if you do not take the cleaning package at the end of your stay as an option. Other things to note Reminder : The tenant must use the accommodation in a prudent manner. In other words, it must not disturb the enjoyment of neighbours and respect the facilities made available. Noise nuisances linked to behavioural noise can be sanctioned as soon as they abnormally disturb the neighborhood, day or night. No noise outside from 10pm to 7am.
