The large alfresco area with outdoor kitchen has the perfect view of the waterfront pool. There is a jetty for you to tie your boat to or just throw a line in and catch some fish. The sandy beach area is also great for kids to play or kayak from. There is also a second master suite on the ground floor with ensuite and walk in robe. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground level and 5 bedrooms on the first floor.
