Family Tradition Guesthouse - Danilovgrad

A fully equipped new family house is situated in a small village near municipality of Danilovgrad. The house is located on a small hill above the village with beautiful panoramic view from the terraces on the valley and the mountains. Our guests can enjoy and relax in one spacious apartment on the first floor with living room, big balcony, two bedrooms, and private bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to six people, and it is equipped with all necessary amenities. The space Our guesthouse is built next to the old stone house from XIX century which is also renovated and where a family lives during the whole year. Our guests can enjoy and relax in one spacious apartment (60 sqm + balcony 30 sqm) on the first floor. Apartment consists of living room with big balcony, two bedrooms, and private bathroom. It is also possible to rent room(s) only . The guesthouse has a separate entrance, so the privacy is guaranteed to the guests during their stay. Also, they can use whole common space on the ground floor: rustic living room with fireplace and cable TV, kitchen and dining room, terraces and two extra bathrooms. Linen (sheets and towels) is also provided. A washing machine is available for personal laundry. The attractive location of the house provides the opportunity for everyday walks or bicycle rides through the countryside and to the near small picturesque town – Danilovgrad. Also, when the sun gets a little too hot during summer, you can take a refreshing swim in river Zeta (less than 1km distance from the house). The panoramic view from our house includes the view on the railway, agricultural lands, forest and river Zeta. The property is surrounded with plenty of wild local herbs such as wild pomegranate which is used for making organic domestic juice. The property and the house is ideal for nature lovers, artists, families with children, couples or loners who want to get away from a busy urban life and enjoy relaxing atmosphere. Guest access Beside apartment guests can use entire common space on the ground floor including rustic living room with fireplace and cable TV, kitchen and dining room, terraces and two extra bathrooms. Other things to note The breakfast is provided on the guest request. The price of the breakfast is 7 EUR per person. Monthly rates for interested guests can be discussed with the host. Monthly rate does not include the cost of electricity and water.
