Charming Sologne property

Located in the countryside, but in a hamlet of three houses, charming Solognote property, 235 m2... with 4 bedrooms, mezzanine with 3 beds, billiards /TV lounge, and a very large and pretty garden (10,000 m2). We are often told that the decor is very nice...and that it feels good... The space The house is pleasant, because it has two large lounges, one with French billiards and TV. This is my house, and so it's very well equipped... Guest access You will have access to a large garden of more than 10,000m2...as well as a small pond (unsecured)...and various games (badminton, trampoline, bikes, boat ...) and comfort equipment (sunbed, barbecue...2 terraces...) Other things to note Within a radius of 15 km, you have a lake with a beach and a swimming infrastructure, various equestrian centers...and multiple possibilities of walks, castle visits and other tourist sites...not to mention the Loire which remains an exceptional place of walk...of laziness (very nice wild beaches)...even of swimming...
