Large vacation home with extra tents

Spacious vacation home in the middle of the nature of the Westerwald, just a three-hour drive from Utrecht. In the house there are 20 sleeping places, in the garden there is still room for extra tents with which groups of up to 30+ people can be accommodated. For those who spend the night outside, separate sanitary facilities are available. The space Exceptionally cozy house in a peaceful place in the middle of the forest, with standard 20 beds but possibility of expansion by adding (children's) beds or tents in the garden, with outdoor shower and toilet. Located on a dead-end road that stops in front of the house. Secluded with a lot of privacy. Spacious living room with (out of tune) piano and wood stove, cozy dining kitchen with electric hob and then a functional semi-professional kitchen with gas stove, wood stove, large fridge and two ovens. Guest access Spacious living room, kitchen, semi-professional kitchen, 3 bathrooms with showers, 4 toilets, 8 bedrooms, of which the garden room/studio apartment is located on the ground floor. Extra toilet building with showers outside. Large garden with garden house on 1.5 ha of private land with lots of privacy. Free access to valley (stream), open connection to forest on all sides. Other things to note The bedroom on the ground floor is in a separate part, but is directly connected to the house. It features a private kitchenette, shower/toilet and extra separate exit to a private part of the garden. Ideal for (grand) parents, group leaders who appreciate their own space separate from the group or extra tall people (bed is 2.20m long). All beds come with standard duvets and pillows. You can bring your own bed linen or, if desired, rent it from us for €3.50 per person. Dogs are warmly welcome with us. We do ask for an extra fee for the extra burden on the house and garden. For more than 2 dogs, please consult with us. The house can accommodate up to 20 people. For other guests, there is a possibility to spend the night in their own tent on a lawn next to the house. Additional sanitary facilities are also available for this purpose. Internet (WiFi) is available in part of the house, but at a low speed. In the outdoor area, limited music is allowed until 8 p.m. In the interior spaces, limited amplified music is allowed until 11 p.m.
