All apartments were planned by renowned architects and implemented with the highest quality standards. Only high-quality, natural materials are used – in particular solid wood, which ensures a pleasant, healthy indoor climate. Clear lines, timeless design and alpine elements create a quiet, high-quality living atmosphere. The apartments have high-quality furnishings with HD flat screen, fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and Bialetti Moka. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house and offer additional comfort even for longer stays. This apartment has its own private garden access from the terrace directly to the playground with breathtaking panoramic views of the Inn Valley. Free parking is available to our guests right by the house. The location is ideal for active vacationers and nature lovers: in winter, the cross-country ski trails start right outside the front door, in summer, hiking and mountain bike routes lead directly from the house entrance. Our Tyrolean restaurant with regional cuisine is just across the street. Despite the quiet, natural location on a Tyrolean mountain farm, the Ropferhof is easily accessible by car, as well as by bus several times a day. An ideal place for guests who appreciate alpine lifestyle, design, sustainability and comfort. Guest access The entire house is reserved exclusively for our guests. You have full access to your apartment as well as the designated common areas, such as the ski room and laundry room. Please use only our slippers in the house. We ask you to take off your mountain and ski boots directly at the ski room or to change them there. Our house is run as a non-smoking house. No smoking inside all indoor areas. Free parking spaces are available directly at the house. Other things to note From an occupancy of 3 people, the living room is used as an additional living/sleeping room. Please note that this is a combined living and sleeping area. Our Tyrolean restaurant directly opposite is open seasonally and is temporarily closed in autumn and spring. The Ropferhof is a quiet mountain farm and is particularly suitable for guests who appreciate relaxation and nature. Nature and environmental noise are part of the alpine environment.
