With a dog‑friendly setup & secluded atmosphere, it’s the ideal spot to slow down, breathe, and enjoy coastal living. Other things to note Non Smoking Community. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. Parties not permitted. Up to 2 house trained dogs allowed- must follow pet rules and add your dogs to the reservation to include the pet fee of $75. One parking spot provided for a regular size car. Additional cars and oversized vehicles must park on the street. No permit required on Benson Street even in the summer. I do live in the property part of the year and rent out for others to enjoy when I am not able to be there. Please respect the property.
