Bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Vienna

A cosy and bright apartment with spacious rooms suitable for longer stays. The flat is on the third floor and is located in a calm area with little traffic in the street below. The city center is easily reachable with public transportation in approximately 15 minutes, while parks and forests can be visited just as quickly. All necessary amenities are available, with comfortable furniture and beds. You are welcome to stay in our flat! The space There are two rooms, one facing south with a 120x200 foam bed and a 90x150 latex coconut bed, reading chairs and a dining table. The other is facing north and has a 120x200 latex bed, a sofa and a working desk. The furniture is all made from solid wood, some is DIY, some is made by a high quality Austrian brand (Waldviertler). The kitchen is fully equipped for all types of cooking. It has a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, water cooker, mixer, steel frying pans, baking forms, etc. There is a washing machine in the flat. For young families there is a children bed, a diaper changing table and a baby bathtub available if needed. Guest access You can access the entire flat as well as the backyard that has space to park your bicycle! Other things to note Please treat our space with respect. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please use water and energy responsibly. If you use it excessively, we will have to charge you extra.
