The Connolly Guest House, Joondalup

The Connolly Guest House is ideal for anyone attending a function at the internationally-renowned Joondalup Golf Resort, visiting Edith Cowan University (many of our guests are studying, lecturing or doing research there), Joondalup Health Campus, or for people visiting relatives in the northern suburbs. It would be perfect if you are moving into the area and need somewhere to stay temporarily, or if you’re holidaying and want to enjoy our close-by pristine beaches and many other attractions. The space The Guest House, which is completely separate from our home with its own private entrance, has one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the sitting room. It easily accommodates two couples, and would also suit business travellers and solo adventurers. Completed in June 2018, it has been finished to a high standard, and we want to provide for you all the things we appreciate when we’re travelling – a lovely talking forum where you can chat about the day’s adventures, a well-equipped kitchen, fluffy towels and crisp, natural-fibre sheets with a variety of pillows for every preference. Featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows facing onto the garden, the Guest House has its own patio with outdoor dining facilities where you can eat your meals or sip a glass of wine whilst enjoying views of the garden and the company of the many birds who also visit. The garden itself is shared. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, 54-inch TV with Chromecast Ultra, Blueray player, high-speed broadband (NBN) connection, phone charging points, air conditioning and heating throughout, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, and high quality linen and towels. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there is a comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting room. A large take-it-or-leave-it book library, DVD selection and games have been provided for your enjoyment. You’ll have your own private entrance, and will be allocated a self-nominated pin code for the electronic door lock, meaning that you can arrive and come and go at your convenience. You’ll also have your own free dedicated parking area with space for two large cars.
