Wainui Villa combines its original 1907 villa charm with fully modern contemporary living. The studio is a the spacious room with high ceilings, polished wooden floor, sash windows and exquisite original fire place. Enjoy the modern comfort of a new heat pump, modern bathroom and kitchenette and full HD Smart TV with unlimited wifi. The modern honey comb blinds offer you privacy and warmth and the black out blinds help ensure a good night’s sleep. The space Wainui Villa studio is set up as a home away from home with all the comforts and privacy you need while travelling. We have a very friendly Sproodle dog, Denver, on the premises. He would happily greet you at the gate unless you prefer not to and we would arrange to have him at the back of the property. Guest access Please note that the black door on the front of the house is our private entrance. The key box for the Airbnb is situated by the glass door on the veranda on the left hand side of the house where the guests entrance is. Please feel free to ring our bell if you need any assistance. Other things to note Wainui Villa is a convenient location if you don’t want to rely on a car while staying in Nelson and also very close to the Nelson Conference Centre and all centrally located amenities (restaurants, bars and supermarkets).
