I rent 5 rooms in a large villa located in the most famous neighborhood of Reggio Emilia and surrounded by two large parks. Three rooms have a private bathroom, and the remaining two have a shared bathroom. The house has several common areas: living room, kitchen, studio and a large private garden with gazebo. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, internet, TV, private indoor and outdoor parking. It is a few minutes by car from the city center and served by public transport 2 minutes from home. The space The rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning, TV, WiFi. Linen and towels are provided free of charge. Also in the bathrooms you will find a hair dryer, foam bath, shampoo and soap at your disposal. The kitchen features a dishwasher,oven, hot plate, and Nespresso coffee/cappuccino. The villa is located in a very quiet area and is located at the end of a closed street, bordering a large park.
