Wonderful house, hypercenter, 100m Cathedral

Half-timbered house on 3 levels located in the heart of Bourges, 50 m from the Cathedral classified by UNESCO, along the Gallo-Roman rampart and close to all amenities on foot. The interior was refurbished while retaining its medieval interior (1523) which will seduce lovers of old stones. The space Two facades: one on the cobblestone street side, one of the oldest in Bourges with its craftsmen , the other garden side with a small private terrace (bucolic and relaxing see Photos). 3 levels like all half-timbered houses: Ground floor of Chaussee: living room (small living room, dining room), toilet, open kitchen. 1st floor: living room (TV area, library, office, etc.), master suite (dressing room along the corridor, bedroom on the garden side and bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet). 2nd floor: large bedroom on the garden side and view of the ramparts and cathedral, glass gable (atypical) and bathroom (bathtub), toilet, laundry room. We do not go upstairs with our shoes. No parties in our home. Guest access Our entire home is available for your use. Other things to note Check-in from 2pm onwards (we know how to be flexible when possible) Check-out 1pm (depending on our respective constraints)
