St-Marc/Mer Studio 28 m² with terrace and parking

In the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer, our studio accommodates up to 4 people (a 140 X 190 bed and a sofa bed) and has an equipped kitchen, shower room and terrace. For your comfort, the beds will be made for your arrival. Towels and kitchen linen will be provided. You can walk to the beaches 300 m away, the coastal path for beautiful walks as well as the village and its amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...). Parking will be reserved for you. The space In a residential area, we renovated our studio in the summer of 2021 to welcome you by the sea in a quiet and relaxing setting. Guest access Upon arrival, you can park your car directly in the space reserved for you in the residence's parking lot. The residence has six apartments. Access to the building is secured by digicode. Our studio is located on the ground floor.
