Beach house closely located to beautiful beach of Anda. Perfect accommodation for group or family booking. Our house can accommodate maximum 16 people. Our rate starts at P3500 good for 8 pax and additional P400 per extra guest. No extra charge for children below 3 y.o. Beach is easily accessible through stairs on the cliff, whole area is fenced, guest can enjoy privacy. Walking distance to town center, guests can easily walk to restaurants, public plaza and market from our place. The space House - Spacious living room, equipped kitchen, outdoor kitchen, 1 big bathroom, 1 toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms and large garden with sea view. Rooms - 1 big room upstairs with 1king and 2 double beds accessible by spiral staircase, 1 room downstairs with queen bed, some extra mattresses if needed. Kitchen - fully equipped, guest can cook, we have gas stove, rice cooker, pots and pans but for grilling please use outdoor kitchen. We advise guests to get necessities like dish soap and sponge for hygiene purpose. We provide one 5 gallon of drinking water, should guest need more, can easily buy from neighbor store or can ask caretaker to assist. We would appreciate if guests keep kitchen tidy and take care in using our stuff. Shower - no hot water. Also we would appreciate if guests would rinse out sands before taking shower inside to avoid clogging drainage. We have big bucket of water outside for quick rinse. Sleeping in living room (if guest prefer) - we don’t advise guest to use couch cushions as pillows for sleeping for hygiene purposes, we should have enough sleeping pillows. Water - Anda has limited water source, most days there’s no water and it comes back late at night. We do have 1000 liters water tank and pump and working on adding second tank. So we encourage guests to save water if possible, we do have water reserved in big buckets if tank runs out. Electricity - we advise guests not to turn on all Aircon at the same time because of shortage on electricity supply. Our caretaker would remind guests to not overload, because it would cause blackout and troublesome to get fixed and might jeopardize your stay. We are working on getting transformer to get enough supply for the house. Aircon - We are kindly asking guests to turn off Aircon when not in the house or if temperature is fine. We try to keep our rate affordable but electricity is very expensive in Philippines. Food - please don’t leave food exposed because ants are very active in Philippines. Ants are attracted to even tiny food around. Thank you very much for your kind understanding and we hope your stay will be pleasant. Other things to note We have one live-in caretaker (female). 2 hours drive from Tagbilaran to Anda (100km.) 5 mins walk to the beach and 10-15 mins walk to town centre Please rinse out sand before taking shower inside. No campfires allowed in the garden Please save water because water source in Anda is limited. Electricity shortage - please don’t turn on all Aircon at the same time, in case it overloads, we are working on getting our own transformer for enough supply. House is in tropical island, in case you are not comfortable seeing some bugs, ants, mosquitoes, other common insects around or inside house, of course we control them but we try no to use harmful pesticides.
