Treat yourself to a pleasant holiday in this modern and comfortable gîte for 4 people, refurbished in 2019 on a 3,000 m2 wooded plot of land only 600 m from the large beach and marshes of Sables d'or les pins. The gîte offers the calm of the countryside while being 600m from the sea, visible from several points in the garden. The place is ideally located. The space The gîte is fully equipped, it has a very comfortable sofa bed, a TV, internet, a table with 4 chairs. The small kitchen has everything you would expect from a large kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, Senséo coffee machine, toaster, plates, cutlery, pans and other kitchen utensils. The shower room consists of a large shower, a washbasin, a toilet and its towel dryer. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and storage space. The private terrace also has its table for outdoor dining and its barbecue. No keys to carry on, a key box is available. A code will be given to you at your arrival. An umbrella bed can be provided on request. Sheets and shower towels are provided so that you can make the most of your holiday. There is a common room with the other gîte where there is a washing machine and a large freezer. You will enjoy the entire gite and can freely enjoy the garden. We will stay in the house situated on the same plot of land with no direct view of each other. In the spacious and wooded garden with a total area of 5 ooo M2, you will certainly meet our very friendly hen as well as our cat N'to and our dog Paros who is very sociable. The dog will not have access to your gîte. The gîte is located close to the GR34 with its magnificent sandy beach. It is within 10 min from the great emblematic natural sites Cap d'Erquy - Cap Fréhel & the castle of Fort la Latte.
