Welcome to paradise! Casa Noi de Nosara, formerly known as Casa Milo de Nosara, is a beautiful villa in Playa Guiones North. It is close to all the restaurants and shops, yet its backyard is a jungle oasis that faces the preserved area of the National Wild Refuge of Ostional. The space The house sleeps 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms: - 2 main bedrooms with a king bed, smart TV, a desk with a computer chair, and French doors to their terraces. - 1 bedroom with a bunk bed—a twin on top of a full. - All 3 rooms have en-suite private bathrooms and ACs. - 2 Acs in the kitchen and living room area. - There is a half bathroom in the living room. - Daily private security guard in the evenings. Come swim in the pool, play ball in the garden overlooking the Green Zone, and jump like a howler monkey in the trampoline! Guests such as monkeys, coatis, and iguanas pass through our backyard and its tree canopy once in a while. The outdoor gas BBQ & full kitchen will have everything you need for a home-cooked meal, including a Vitamix & an Instant Pot, olive oil, salt & spices. Or just take a short walk to the restaurants if you had a long day surfing, enjoying the beach, at the yoga studio, or getting a massage. Just a nine-minute walk from beautiful Playa Guiones, we are also close to all the surf shops, and yoga and wellness centers, as well as the new skatepark just up the road. There are plenty of fun classes in the renown studios of Nosara: pilates, aerial yoga, spinning, dance, boxing, tennis, jiujitsu... Rent a boat, kayak or SUP among the mangroves, bike, zip line, or just walk through the trails of the jungle from our private access to the Reserve. Housekeeping, pool cleaning, and gardening services happen Tuesday & Friday (except holidays) and are included in your stay. If you are planning to stay local in Nosara and Pelada, a golf cart or quads are an easy and fun way to get around (remember to rent in advance!) If you would like to explore Sámara and other beaches around, renting a car is best. We have a cruiser, two smaller mountain bikes, one kids bike, and one balance bike you are welcome to use, as well as a skateboard and a scooter to enjoy the new skatepark just up the road!
