This bright and comfortable double bedroom with attached bathroom is the perfect base to explore the Old Patan and Kathmandu Valley. The location of this unit is unbeatable as it is less than 100m from the amazing Patan Durbar Square. Guest access The room is independent, has attached bathroom and full access to a beautiful roof terrace as well as a kitchen/ living room to chill out or cook your own meals. Guests can come in and out of the house as they wish, they will get a whole set of keys to guarantee them full independancy. During your stay We are always happy to help out our guests with anything they may need and have a nice chat with them. Our guests can conveniently find us every morning (unless on Saturdays) in our Office located in the ground floor of Yatachhen House. Other things to note Peter, Jimi and Rosa are our beloved courtyard dogs—gentle, friendly, and always happy to meet new guests. If they greet you with a little bark, don’t worry—it’s just their way of saying hello! 😊 Gas, water, and electricity are precious resources in Nepal. We kindly ask you to use them conscientiously during your stay. While occasional issues may arise, rest assured we are proactive in resolving them once informed. Please understand that Nepal offers a unique experience that may require some adaptability. Cleaning is done for free twice/ week (bedsheets changed once/week)- If you don't need cleaning, you can just hang the "no cleaning" copper board at the door ;)
