Welcome to paradise!! Located in the much sought after precinct of Moffat Beach with beautiful beaches, restaurants, parks and picnic areas, walkways with spectacular scenery. This modern apartment in a small complex is in the heart of Moffat Beach in an upmarket quiet street location with ocean views. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need and lots of extras to make your holiday memorable. The space A PERFECT ABODE FOR LAZY WEEKENDS, ROMANTIC GETAWAYS, SPECIAL OCCASIONS or a well deserved break. Enjoy all the views the complex has to Offer. The apartment (80 sq m approx) and on 1st level (above garages) is one street back from the esplanade offering privacy and a peaceful setting but still boasting ocean views. The trendy coffee shops, restaurants, park, BBQs, headland and main beach areas are only a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of eatery options available including the award winning Moffat Beach Brewery. The Great Coastal Walkway passes through Moffat Beach with breathtaking views, or for those who want to venture further, the options are aplenty either on the Coast or in the amazing hinterland area. (Plenty of brochures in unit). Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring, the Moffat Beach area can be enjoyed all year round. The unit is equipped with heating and cooling facilities, catering for all seasons making guests' stay a comfy experience. If you just want to stay in and relax, there is a large TV (Netflix and Stan inc), DVDs and WIFI access. The ceiling to floor balcony screens add privacy, sun protection and added living space. There is a coffee machine, and lots of pantry items for guests' convenience. Guests are welcome to use the picnic/BBQ set, beach gear including beach cart, chairs, air lounges, games, beach towels etc. There are also body boards and a bike available for use. PRICE DETAILS - please note: there is an extra charge for more than two guests using the main bedroom and one bathroom. For use of the extra bedroom/bathroom it is $15/ night per bed and/or 2nd bathroom. GARAGE is available for regular sized vehicles OR there is plenty of parking in the street right outside the unit. Sorry I cannot cater for last minute or third party bookings and due to the nature of the venue, guests must have at least two positive reviews from other hosts. Other things to note -please remember, this is somebody’s home, NOT a hotel. -If the host is called to attend due to an issue deeming guest error Eg locked out, lost keys etc, there will be an extra charge. - Strictly no overnight visitors. - if there’s high winds imminent please push verandah blinds up to the top to avoid damage.
