Apartment/loft in Dresden's trendy district

In the heart of Dresden Neustadt and yet in a quiet location - the apartment in the Hechtviertel offers the perfect combination and is just right for friends as well as for a small family. The space Consisting of a huge living-dining area, which adjoins a TV room with a spacious sofa bed, the loft is complemented by a huge bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a window (incl. bathtub and double sink) and a large balcony. Other things to note WiFi / Light / Media: o Network: Password: o Light in the living/dining area can be controlled via a central switching station at the end of the corridor o Changing the LED lighting via remote control  always first select the area with the number on the remote and then change the colour/setting:  Area 1 = indirect ceiling light in the living/dining area  Area 2 = 3 spots on the shelf  Area 3 = indirect ceiling light in the bathroom o The light switch for the bedroom is installed in the closet (on the left), the light in the bedroom can be controlled with the remote control on the closet (on the left when you come in). o TV devices and projectors:  Apple TV in the living/dining area = entertainment room (you can turn on and control both the TV and the Apple TV with the Apple TV remote! For normal TV operation, select the "Giga TV" app  Apple TV in the bedroom = THe Smasher (remote controls for projector and Apple TV can be found on the sideboard)  The TV in the TV room is controlled normally via the Vodafone Giga TV box (remote controls for TV and Giga TV box are in the TV room on the sideboard) Where do I find what? o You are welcome to use all cupboards/drawers, make sure you don't forget anything when you leave. o You are welcome to use the balcony and enjoy the sun in the summer afternoon or have a barbecue. (Barbecue including equipment can be found on the balcony ;-)) o Pots/pans can be found under the stove in the drawers – spices next to them in the narrow drawer o The refrigerator has a freezer compartment for ice cubes o Cleaning agents can be found in the lower large drawer of the kitchenette o Vacuum cleaner + bucket for emergencies are behind the left closet door in the bedroom o You can find toilet paper under the sink in the bathroom o Please separate the garbage as follows:  Glass and returnable bottles in the box/bag on the balcony  Residual waste in the large bucket under the sink  Organic waste in the small bucket under the sink At check out: o Just put the used towels in the bathtub o Starts the dishwasher  Insert tab (you can find it in the large drawer under the sink) Switch on (Select ECO Mode)  Start o Check that all radiators are turned to star " * " o Hang the key on the coat rack in the hallway o Are you just pulling the door behind you?
