A warm and happy secure apartment offering a relaxed atmosphere, close to the hub of the Umhlanga Village. There are many restaurants and pubs, a 5 minute walk from the home. Also close walking distance to the scenic Umhlanga promenade, and beach. Popular shopping centre nearby. We do not have a pool. We have added the facility of soft and medium pillows since our last guests The space The apartment is up one flight of steps. It has sea views and two covered porches, one sea facing and the other a sun deck for most of the day. Access is though a secure controlled automatic gate and an electronic garage where there will access for one car and parking on site for another. There is a spacious lounge and an additional seating area for the large flat screen with a full DSTV bouquet. We have a dining table in the open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen. There are fans in the rooms and air -conditioning in the open area, the kitchen and the main bedroom Guest access Gated entrance and off street parking for 1 car and automatic garage for one car.
