The home has an open floor plan that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is perfect for those large get-togethers and features an island a and a large breakfast bar. Three of the bedrooms have large windows with lake view! The master bedroom is conveniently located on the lower level. Above the garage is a game room with a pool table and in the screened porch we have a ping pong table. Stroll down the boardwalk to your own private fishing dock! Holly Lake Ranch is a beautiful, gated resort community in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Amenities such as golf, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, mini-golf, horseshoes, shuffle board, volley ball, etc. are available to all of our guests. Please note that our HOA recently instituted a fee for ALL watercraft brought in to use at our lakes.
