Welcome to our luxury 2 bedroom apartment, in the heart of Mykonos Town. Set just a few yards from cosmopolitan Matoyianna, this lovely apartment is newly renovated and boasts high ceilings, hotel-inspired bathrooms, designer furnishings and one of the most enviable locations in Mykonos. It's the ideal choice if you have come to Mykonos to live the island high-life; the perfect space, just a short walk from all the bars, restaurants, shops and sights of Mykonos Town. The space The apartment was originally part of a larger house, which has been in the family for generations. In the 1980s, the house was split up into three apartments and Helena’s father and his two sisters turned them into holiday homes for our three families. Cityspace underwent a complete redesign and renovation in 2018 and we installed new, high quality, fixtures and furnishings. The beds and the super-large sofa bed are all very comfortable and the water pressure, aircon and wifi are all strong and fast! You will be welcomed on arrival by Niko who lives in Mykonos during the summer and knows the island really well. He is always on hand to help during your stay and can also arrange airport/ferry port transfers if you need them. Guest access The apartment has a large, airy lounge with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. There are two double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms with rainforest showers. The lounge has a large sofa bed which can comfortably sleep another two guests. Both bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned and the windows are all double glazed. The downstairs bedroom can be configured as either a large double or two twin beds. The small balcony overlooking the street below is the perfect spot to sit with a drink in the early evening and watch the beautiful people pass by. There is a sunny roof terrace with views across the rooftops to the Aegean Sea. Access to the roof terrace is via the upstairs bedroom, up a steep, galley-style ladder accessible through lockable doors from the upstairs bedroom. Drinks can be placed onto the roof via the upstairs window so you can enjoy a cocktail as you watch the sun set over the sea. Please take great care when using the roof terrace and do not allow children to access the roof. Other things to note Wherever you are from, and whoever you are, you are welcome to enjoy our apartment. However, we have decided not to host any families with children under 12. This is because the access to the roof terrace is via steep steps and there are no railings on the low parapet roof walls. There are also a number of steps up to the apartment from the street which, regrettably, make it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Registration Details 00002599684
