Maison d 'Hôtes de La Mare

108 m² guest house, in old farmhouse completely renovated, not far from the classified natural site of Sillé-plage. Holiday and weekend home, to be invested with family, to share with a group, with friends... Independent entrance at the end of a private driveway with courtyard and private terrace, unobstructed views of the countryside and forest. This house can accommodate from 8 to 12 people: 2 independent parts, with 3 spacious bedrooms, around a fully equipped common living room. The space The house consists of: - A central living room, with fitted and equipped kitchen, open to a dining area and lounge area with sofa. - On one side of the living room: Independent bathroom, a large bedroom (bedroom 1) with exposed beams and 4 beds, separate or in twin beds (+ possibility 1 extra mattress for 1 adult or 2 children) and a private bathroom. - On the other side of the living room, a clearance gives access to: a separate bathroom, a large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. A large room (room 2), with 3 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds, separated or in twin beds) and another room (room 3) with 2 beds (+ possibility 1 small crib). Children's beds can be added on request in bedrooms 1 and 3. The night of each additional child, from 3 to 12 years old, is charged at a reduced rate, on site. Length-of-stay discounts also apply to the "child" rate. Guest access Parking in a large, private and enclosed area, green areas, unobstructed view. The "Amenities" section has some errors... impossible to change: - the entry is private and independent; - there are smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher; - hot water is provided free of charge, soap, cleaning products and linens (tea towels) as well; - bed linen is provided free of charge on arrival (beds are made!) and can be renewed during the stay (supplement of €7 per bed changed); - Toilet linen (towels...) is only provided on request (supplement of 5€ per person); - the washing machine and dryer can be used in case of long-term stay, on request and with surcharge. - breakfast is optional and on request: . it can be fully prepared and served every morning (at the owners' place: covered terrace or interior of La Mare, depending on the season) . or ingredients can be provided for the entire stay (in the guesthouse) . or ingredients can be provided (in the guesthouse), just for the 1st morning: "family welcome" formula, for 4 people. Outdoor spaces and furniture can be used by all guests, with respect to other occupants, animals, nature, places and equipment! Other things to note Dogs are welcome, only if they are educated and sociable, as there is a large dog on site... The stay is free for children up to 2 years old included, as long as they sleep in the same room as the parents (or adult companions) and the parents bring the bed. We charge discounted rates for children ages 3-12. We charge decreasing weekend (2 nights), weekend + (3 nights), mid-week (4 nights), mid-week + (5 nights), week (6 nights) and week + (7 nights); these rates are combined with children's discounted rates; they are studied and sent as a "special offer" with each booking request.
