Our idea is to have such a cozy and well-equipped home so that everyone can feel at home! 15 minutes to central Gothenburg by public transport and a very good location for both Gothia and Partille Cup. A walk to the local ICA store takes 10 minutes. Cozy garden, outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill, terraces to the south, east and west. We ourselves enjoy our house very much and love to hear how others experience it. The space Our house has plenty of space and many beds. It is located on a quiet street with a large garden and terraces to the south, west and east. On the terraces you will find a conservatory, pergola, large dining table and outdoor kitchen with barbecue and running water. Fast public transport to the city center (fifteen minutes) or take a taxi and be there in less than 10. Great location for Partille Cup and Gothia Cup. The house has a large bright well-equipped kitchen with open floor planning to the living room. An upstairs toilet shared between the bedrooms and a large bathroom in the basement with tiled bathtub and two showers. Two washing machines and a dryer are also found in the bathroom. The nearest grocery store, an Ica nearby, takes five minutes to walk to and here you will find most of what you need. Next to the store is the bus stop where you take the bus to the city center. It takes fifteen minutes by bus to the central station or ten minutes by car. Please note that this is not in the middle of the city, but is just outside an area that is calm and quiet and we love to live here! Utby is close to nature with forest, climbing in Utbybergen, swimming in Bergsjön and access to Kvibergs large sports area with among others the world's largest beach volleyball hall, running trails and climbing dome. Or how about an indoor ski slope? Perfect place for the Gothia Cup and the Partille Cup, with the pitches a hundred meters from the house. Please note that only a subset of the matches are played here! Of course, you will have the whole house to yourselves! If you take a taxi, make sure not to pay more than SEK 650. Guest access You have access to the whole house, terrace and garden. The only exception is the room in the basement where we have our private things. This room has a sign that says private. Other things to note We have a robotic lawnmower! We have programmed it to work at night to avoid disturbances. But try not to leave anything in the garden overnight. Or turn off the robot by simply opening the lid.
