Argostoli is the ideal starting point for visiting & exploring the island. The House is in walking distance from the central square, 7 minutes from the central market and 2 minutes from the sea and the quay (behind the villa). Two of the most beautiful beaches, Platis & Makris Gialos, are within 10 minutes by car. A bus station to these beaches is 2 minutes on foot. The Villa is an ideal place for couples, families and groups of friends and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The space The estate has been built recently according to the traditional Kefalonian style. This residence is the only one at the centre of the town, which can host so many guests at one time. The villa is 300qm in 4 floors(75qm each). It is fully equipped and decorated with taste. Some furnirure are previous generations's belongings. The rooms are located in three different levels(ground,first floor and attic). Marble stairs take you to the upper floors, along with an elevator in use. All rooms have double glazing and central A/C, with autonomy at each floor. The ground floor has a living - dininng room. At the living room, there are two comfortable sofas. There are also a doublebed room, a bathroom and a kitchen, modern, fully equipped .The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, with balconies (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with bathtub. The attic contains a large space with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. A brand new electric barbeque is also provided to grill local tasty lamp chops at the veranda. Enjoy! Guest access You will have the possibility to use the whole house on your own. The three (groundfloor, first floor, second floor) of the four floors of the house are at your disposal, whereas the basement is closed as it used as a storage space. Other things to note Very good quality linen and towels are provided, which will be changed according to your will. Should an infant, up 2 years old , be in your company, please let me know to provide a cot and a high chair. I would be very pleased to help you, in whatever you may need during your stay.
