THE SPACE The property is a cozy countryside house of about 60 sqm, surrounded by a fragrant lemon grove and just 20 meters from the beach. The path from the parking area to the house is flat and barrier-free. From the garden, a small wooden staircase allows you to cross the sand dune and reach the sea in just a few steps. Guest access The house is just 40 steps from the sea, offering a unique experience of proximity to the beach. To reach it directly by car, you need to pass through an old and narrow railway underpass. Small cars, such as Fiat 500, Panda, Opel Corsa, Toyota Yaris, and similar models, can easily pass through and have a guaranteed parking space. Larger vehicles can park about 70 meters from the house, before the underpass. However, parking is not always guaranteed, especially during the high season and weekend (July and August). Other things to note Useful information for your stay The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook independently: oil, salt, vinegar, spices, utensils and tableware. To start your day with a simple Mediterranean touch, you will also find breakfast items such as rusks, milk, jam, sugar, coffee, tea and herbal teas. The house is equipped with air conditioning, which is now almost essential, especially during the warmer months, to ensure a comfortable stay. To help keep the house welcoming for future guests, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines: Please follow the recycling schedule for proper waste disposal. Avoid leaving food or leftovers outside to prevent attracting animals. Use the white towels only inside the house. If you use sunscreen, please avoid sitting directly on white chairs and sofas. After use, please return umbrellas and sun loungers to the area near the house. To reach the beach safely, use the wooden steps and do not walk over the sand dune. When returning from the beach, rinse your feet at the outdoor tap before entering the house. We recommend using the outdoor shower to remove sand and salt: the hot water comes from a tank on the roof and may become very hot in the sun. Let it run for a few seconds before use to avoid burns. Turn off the lights when leaving the house, out of respect for the environment. Please take good care of the vintage key, as it is unique and not easy to replace.
