Beautiful spacious apartment, fully furnished. ATTENTION: From April 2025, the city of Bergisch Gladbach will levy an accommodation tax/bed tax of 5% of the booking price. You pay this amount to me and I will forward it to the tax office. I can only integrate this 5% into the booking price from April. Until April, please always add 5%. The space We are located right in the countryside but still very central. The non-smoking apartment (smoking on the covered balcony) has 2 bedrooms. 2 x 1 bed (can be pushed together) and 3 x 1 bed (can be pushed together). A 6th person could sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. The living room has 2 sofas and a dining area for 6 people. Satellite TV available. The kitchen is fully equipped. (Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans ...... salt, pepper, sugar, flour, oil is also there). The bathroom has a shower and tub. Towels and linens are included. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). High chair available. On the edge of the "Bergisches Land Nature Park" - east of Cologne - lies the city of Bergisch Gladbach. Our house is located in the district of Refrath, in the immediate vicinity of the city of Cologne, and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions to the cathedral city of Cologne, to the "Bergisches Land," or to the surrounding area with all its sights.
