The space This water villa is ideal for couples or families who like to spend their holiday or weekend in Amsterdam/Holland. The villa is located at the most beautiful location of IJ-burg and therefore called, IJ-biza . Have breakfast in the garden, a swim during day time and enjoy the sunset dinner/evening at the romantic water terrace. Couples can relax/sunbath on the water or roof terraces, kids can dive from the living room into the water or play at the play ground. We decorated it with a mix of warm natural wood, plants, contemporary art, a mix of design, vintage furniture, and colourful details. Giving the house a modern but warm and personal feeling. The living room is very spacious (ceiling partly 6 meter high!), comfortable and always with a fresh bouquet of tulips. Here you find a 6 person dining table, high-end sound system and comfortable couch. At the South side of the living you have direct access to the beautiful garden with picnic table, fruit trees, fresh herbs and butterfly flowers. The picnic table is ideal for a relaxing outdoor breakfast with the whole family. At the West side of the living you find the spacious 18 m2 water terrace free hanging above the water. From this terrace you can dive directly in the swimming water. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, induction stove, microwave, steam oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and Quooker boiling water tap. On the first floor you find a second living/game/TV room, 2 bedrooms (both with double bed) the luxury main bathroom and a terrace/bar. On the second floor you find the master bedroom with walk in closet, bathroom and separate wc. From the master bedroom you have acces to the gigantic roof terrace. On this sunny terrace you have a beautiful view over the water to the East, South and West side.
