The Basilic cottage of "Mon Savoureux Jardin" welcomes you for a quiet stay in the Angevine countryside, at the crossroads of Angers, Rennes and Nantes. The former stable, nestled in an estate of nearly 7 hectares, was renovated in 2020 with eco-friendly materials to accommodate you in modern comfort and accessible on one level. Once the suitcases are put away, you can enjoy the gardens, meadows and ponds, for picking, fishing or cuddling donkeys and goats. The space The Basilic de Mon Savoureux Jardin gîte welcomes you for a stay in the countryside, in the heart of Anjou Bleu 🌿. Nestled in a 6.7-hectare estate between Angers, Nantes and Rennes, this spacious and warm gîte combines modern comfort, total accessibility ♿ and unspoiled nature. 🏡 The accommodation Set in an old barn renovated in 2020, the Basilic gîte combines authenticity and modernity. On the ground floor, a single-story bedroom with two beds (90 x 200) that can be converted into a double bed (180 x 200 with mattress topper). En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, adapted toilet, support bars, wheelchair passage. The entrance and interior doors are automatically opening for optimal comfort. Large bright living room with equipped kitchen-living room and seating area with comfortable sofa. Accessible terrace opening onto a private garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and a large family bedroom with 4 single beds (90 x 200). 👉 Capacity: 6 to 8 people, ideal for families, friends or intergenerational stays. 🌿 The "My Tasty Garden" Experience Beyond a simple accommodation, we offer you an authentic experience of slow tourism and ecotourism: Meet the farm animals: donkeys, goats, sheep, ducks, chickens, rabbits, and peacocks will delight young and old. 🐑🦆 Nature walks in the meadows, the garden or by the pond, to recharge your batteries or simply stroll in the shade of the trees. Guest access You have access to the entire Basilic cottage, its private terrace, and can walk around the entire 7-hectare estate Other things to note The cleaning fee includes cleaning the surfaces and maintaining the bed linens. It does not include: dishes (any used dishes must be washed). Waste must be placed in the garbage cans provided. Breakfast is not included. In order to guarantee the quality of reception and the optimal preparation of the cottage, any early arrival in the morning requires the reservation of the previous night, and any departure after 10 a.m. implies the reservation of the following night.
