Walk or bike to over 20 tasting rooms, renowned restaurants, and shops - about 1 mile to the city park / the heart of downtown. Conveniently located 4.2 miles to Vina Robles Amphitheatre and 1.3 miles to Paso Robles Fairgrounds/Event Center. Fancy some wines? You are just a short drive to over 200+ wineries and a handful of award-winning breweries in the area. The Cottage along with two vintage-inspired “Grape Escape Glamping” listings can accommodate up to 10 people (when booking all 3 spaces together) THE SPACE This quaint and cozy cottage was originally built in the 1940s and was, for a time, used as a ranch house during Paso Robles' ranching hay days. For decades, the property sat vacant before recently undergoing renovations. This "tiny living" oasis has been tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with all the modern comforts to make your (short or long term) stay the most pleasant one. And, yes, we have free wifi throughout the property :) LIVING/DINING ROOM - 42” Roku TV - Comfy Sofa - 3 stage True HEPA air purifier - Dining table/chairs for 4 - Dimmable recessed lighting - Heat/AC - Shoe bench/bin for storage BEDROOM (WITH ATTACHED OFFICE) - Bedroom has a comfy memory foam double bed and one Futon (in the office) - Barn door - Clothes rack with hangers - 20’ Roku TV - Office offers a workspace on a streamlined desk and comfy chair. (BYO laptop!) - The futon situated in the office can convert into a double-bed. The door separating the bedroom/office can be closed for privacy (no lock) - 2nd Heat/AC unit is located in the office area (can not be moved) - Rear access door leads to a private patio for lounging around the fire pit/table (just a few steps away from the hot tub!) - !!! IMPORTANT: bedroom/office has a low ceiling clearance (about 6’9). If you are taller than 6’9, please use caution !!!! BATHROOM - The bathroom has a sink, oversized mirror, toilet, and hot/cold shower. - Septic-safe toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner body wash, and a hairdryer is provided. KITCHEN -The kitchen is equipped with a sink, two-burner hot plate, microwave, electric kettle,9.8 cu. ft. refrigerator w/ freezer, pots & pans, and basic cooking utensils. - Dishes, eating utensils, cups and wine glasses are also provided. - Basic cleaning supplies provided - Freeze-dried coffee and tea provided. - We also provide a K-cup coffee machine (BYO pods). PRIVATE DECK/BBQ AND FIRE PIT - Two private outdoor spaces are available to use. - Back deck offers a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, and market lights. - Back patio offers Adirondack chairs, a fire table, market lights and quick access to the hot tub! PARKING SPACES - Two designated parking spaces right out front of your unit.
