Bronte Beach - is located 28 minutes walk. Bondi Beach is the safest of the 3 local beaches and is patrolled by professional lifeguards all year around. Walks You can do the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal. This walk takes 2 to 3 hours to complete the return journey. The walk does continue past Coogee to Maroubra for those who may want a longer walk. Cafes & Shops There is a Woolworths 1 minute walk away for any supplies required during your stay. Takeaways, Restaurants and Bars It is a 1 minute walk to local takeaways, restaurants, wine bars and local pubs. The famous Bondi Icebergs club is a 10 minute walk to where you can sip a beer and dine in the bistro whilst over looking the evening sunset, surf and waves of Bondi Beach or dine in the upstairs in the 5 star dining Icebergs restaurant. Guest access You'll have access to the whole Studio and Common Area. The keys are provided at the check in. Other things to note 1. **Lost Key Fee:** If the key is lost, a $100.00 fee will be charged. 2. **Lost Garage Remote Control Fee (If Applicable):** In the event that the garage remote control is lost, there is a $250.00 fee payable. 3. **Rubbish in Communal Area Penalty:** Leaving any rubbish bag in the communal area of the building will result in a penalty fee of $100. 4. **Late Check-Out Policy:** Due to our busy cleaning schedule and the need to prepare for incoming guests, late check-outs cannot be accommodated. Guests who exceed the check-out time may incur a penalty fee of $500. 5. **No Partying Policy:** No parties are allowed on the premises. This includes playing loud music or disturbing neighbors. Guests found breaching this policy will be subject to an additional penalty fee of $1500. 6. **No Smoking Policy:** Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building/rooms. Guests caught smoking will face an additional penalty fee of $500. These policies are in place to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests.
