It has a 700 sq ft studio upstairs with a king size bed, a 2nd kitchen and lots of room for larger families and groups of friends to enjoy. Our full-size billiard table and ping pong table top will entertain you and your group for hours. This home also provides outdoor fun - we offer canoe & kayak for you to fish or just explore Sunset lake (life vests provided). This location is perfect for cookouts - we have a gas grill and lots of outdoor seating. During the evening, relax in our screened in patio as the sun sets or roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire tower. Note: The spiral staircase leading upstairs is a little narrow 24" (2 feet wide) so we recommend small carry-on or backpacks for anyone planning to sleep upstairs. Also an Addtl guest fee of $10/guest applies after 2 guests to cover the added utilities.
