Nice house with big yard

Spacious house in the urban suburb of Sofia (40 km), Rila Monestary (99 km), central, bus and train connections, shopping, pure and charming nature, hiking paths, public swimming pool, quiet neighborhood, The space You accomodation is in the new house. On the bottom floor there is a spacious entrance area from which you enter into the kitchen, the lounge and dining area and a bathroom. You can enter the patio from the lounge as well as from the entrance area. The top floor has one bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. Furthermore, one room is furnished with a chest of drawers and the other one with a cupboard. Another room can be used as a common room or as an additional bedroom. There is a sleeper couch and two mattrasses available. So alltogether there is room for three more people. If needed a baby travel cot can be put up. Two rooms share a spacious balcony. Guest access There are two houses on the premises. The accommodation is in the new house. Upon arrival my dad Kiril will hand you the keys. He lives only a few houses away.
