Tucked into a corner of leafy Victoria Square and within easy walking distance of Clifton's bars, bistros and boutiques, we're also within striding distance of the Suspension Bridge and the Downs. Perfect location for the University and a gentle walk down Park Street for the Centre and Harbourside. The space Bedroom 1 has a stylish en-suite bathroom with bath + shower attachment. Our second washroom with waterfall shower is accessible via the hallway. The hallway also houses a desk, making it the perfect working space for you and your laptop. Light and airy bedroom 2 has direct access to the outdoor patio area, complete with garden table and chairs and cosy bench seating. The living room is teeming with books which you are welcome to borrow and a piano which you are welcome to play (with consideration to our upstairs neighbours!). Our favourite room is the spacious kitchen, newly renovated with a beautiful hardwood floor and all mod cons. Our home is packed with mementos from our travels around the world.
