Hope Cove, sea views, 1 minute walk to the beach

Our well-loved flat Ramillies is fully furnished and perfect for families, just 50m from the fabulous sandy beach at Inner Hope Cove. The living room faces the stunning Devon sunsets, and overlooks the beach - easy to see if the tide is up or down. Safe for swimming, the beach has many rockpools and dogs are welcome, on a lead. There are miles of delightful walks along this rugged Heritage coastline. Our family has been enjoying Hope Cove for 24 years, and we hope you love it as much as we do! The space Our flat Ramillies comprises of 3 separate bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. Situated on the 1st floor, it sleeps up to 6 people (+cot), and is one of seven separate apartments in Hope Beach House. Kitchen has conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier, and the bathroom has a bath with an over shower. At the rear of the property there is a communal garden with barbecue and a reserved parking space for guests. Entry is by a one storey staircase at the side of the building. Access is by a key in a lock box. We will provide clean laundry and towels at the beginning of the stay. Guest access Ramillies is a self contained flat on the first floor of Hope Beach House. It is accessed at the east side of the building via a flight of external stairs approximately of 12 steps . Access is provided by lockbox. The flat has 1 step in the hall and 1 step in the smallest bedroom. Guests may use the barbecue area, washing lines and 1 designated car parking space. Other things to note Our flat is on the first floor, accessed by an external staircase of about a dozen steps. The flat is on one level, but please be aware there is one step in the hall and one step in the smallest bedroom.
