Weekend House Laimes Stari/ Grey House

Grey House is a detached cottage available for max 4 guests (incl. infant) with a total area 24m2. It has 1 remoted and 1 open bedroom, kitchen area, WC & Shower, terrace. It is located near the Baltic Sea coast in the village called Klampju Ciems. The closest city is Liepaja (18km). Surrounded by natural meadows, green woods, and just a perfect Baltic Sea beach. The beach is ~2 km walking distance. Laimes Stari offers you calm and relaxing holidays, blending with nature and living happily. The space Additional charge will be applied: - pet fee 2 eur/night - coal 5 eur/pcs - laundromat service 4eur/ per usage. Please take care yourself of: - drinking water - slippers or warmer socks (especially in winter season) - coal for grill *Pets are NOT ALLOWED to sleep in beds. *Its FORBIDDEN to leave pets alone at the cottage. It can be subject for penalty charge. *NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS are allowed without notice to hosts. *NO SMOKING inside is allowed. *NO LOUD parties allowed. House can accommodate up to 4 guests (including infant). Unfortunately there is no free space for more people, so please take it under your consideration! Cottage total area: 24 sq.m., 2-levels. Space is heated by electric heater as also there is a wood stove can be used to bring additional warmth. You will be instructed upon your arrival on it's usage. House has remoted bedroom with terrace view, 1 open bedroom with 2 single beds, small kitchen area combined with guest area, WC & Shower. Please note there are high stairs to the upper floor, so you need to instruct kids upfront of any danger. If you don't find Wi-Fi router, please request it from hosts. Cottage surrounded by forest. 20 min drive from Liepāja, 5 min drive from Bernāti. Distance to the seaside 1,9km (20 min walk). Laimes Stari consist of two detached cottages available for rent, each of them accommodating by max 4 guests. We call them – Black House and Grey house. As additional service we offer – boat rent, paddle board rent, and you can also apply for individual tour guide exploring hidden gems of area. Area has fireplaces (2pcs) and space for tents in case you would like to spend some night in one-million star hotel. Other things to note NO loud parties are allowed in the area. Its NOT ALLOWED to leave alone pet during your absence NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS allowed without notice to hosts. It can be subject of penalty charge. NO SMOKING inside If you are planning to come with additional vehicles (electric car, like motorbike, buggy, etc.) please advise us in advance. During your stay we might walk around the property in order to handle some daily routine tasks.
