This property is NOT suitable for Schoolies/under 25’s. Note: Our home is for outside PETS (house rule) If you have special request regarding smaller pets please message us prior to booking. - 4 Double bedrooms (1 is internal), 2 living areas, 2.5 baths - Sleeps 10 guests - the 7th bed (sofa) is only after 10 book - Air Conditioning to family room upstairs - Ceiling fans to Family & all bedrooms - Beach access across & leash free for pets - WIFI The space There are 4 bedrooms - Upstairs - Main bedroom upstairs with ensuite, lounge, dining, kitchen & separate toilet Downstairs - Bed 2, 3, 4 (Bed 4 is an internal bedroom), living room (with sofa bed made available after 10 guests book), bathroom with bath & separate toilet Other things to note - The property is priced per person and extra charges are for the cleaning and linen costs to the extra bedrooms used. Please let us know at the time of booking the exact number of guests and your requirements so you are not charged extra cleaning costs after your stay. At times we do lock off bedrooms. NOTE: The sofa bed is the 7th bed and is locked but can be made available on request after 10 guests are booked. The property is beautifully presented, clean and best suited to families/friends. We do expect all furniture to stay in its intended location - surfboards/sporting equipment to be housed in the garage - Dogs must be well behaved (minimal barking), be kept outside and general respect of the property. - Check in time is from 2pm but we are flexible so just ask.
