Central in McLaren Vale, ideal for 3 couples; 2k & 1Q bed, across the road from a park. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite and there are 2 living areas as well as an outside BBQ area, new kitchen, 2 bathrooms & 3 Toilets Both bathrooms and Kitchen are fully renovated in 2022 5 minute walk to Hardys Tintara, Oscars Restaurant, Cafes and the local pub. Easy access to the Shiraz cycling Trail the park. Coles and Foodland are a short walk, Foodland with a fantastic antipasto cheese section and sushi bar The space You will have access to the whole house and of course the wonderful McLaren Vale, 5 minutes walk to Main St. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (3 toilets). 2 inside living areas and a large outside entertaining area. Lock up garage with 1.9m high electric door. Both bathrooms and Kitchen are fully renovated in 2022 Guest access All bookings are based on twin share. When booking for 2 guests, only one bedroom and the ensuite will be available, the other bedrooms and bathroom will be locked to reduce our costs associated with linen and cleaning etc. All bookings will have access to all of the other rooms and amenities in the house. When booking for 3 - 4 guests you will have access to 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms. If an additional bedroom is needed it can be available for $50 AUD per night (eg. 4 guests requiring 3 bedrooms). When a booking of 2 guests requires a 2nd bedroom and the ensuite, they will be made available for $70AUD/night. When booking for 5 or 6 persons you will have access to all 3 bedrooms. All bookings above 3 guests will have access to all bathrooms. Additional requirements should be discussed with host to avoid disappointment. Other things to note All guests are expected to leave the property in the same state as they find it. Please wash dry and put away your dishes and put your rubbish in the bins provided. Additional cleaning or repair costs may apply if the house is left in an unreasonable condition. Smoking is permitted outside only.
