Our Smart Home is suitable for groups & families. There is a lounge/dining area & kitchen with dishwasher fridge/freezer. Bed Linen, Towels & Toiletries supplied. Hot tub (£200 per stay) & Bar area with ice machine, instant hot drinking water, coffee machine. Air conditioning in dining/lounge and Hot tub areas. Sound system with Spotify etc. Smart System allows you to control lights, air conditioning & other amenities with ease - making your stay more comfy and convenient. Free Parking The space This is our latest stunning state of the art Modern Luxurious House with Parking, Front and Back Garden. It has 6 Bedrooms with a Balcony off the second floor bedroom overlooking the River. It has a large Lounge and Dining Room. Fully Equipped Kitchen. 5 WC and Bath. You have an optional extra of using our "top of the range" hot tub. There is a one-off set up fee of £200 per stay for use of the hot tub. We will require at least 72 hours notice if required as this is arranged through a third party company. Riverside Villa 3 is on the one side less than a mile from the City Centre and a short walk to Manchester Science & Technology Museum, or Coronation Street The Tour (Granada Studios), Deansgate on the other side just a walk through Peel Park going on the footbridge over the River and you are there in Salford University. In front of the development is Meadow Park. Riverside Villa 3 is the perfect place for you in a most beautiful area surrounded by parks and river yet very close to City Centre. The postcode is M7 1RB you can see it on google maps. We are just one stop away from Deansgate from Salford Crescent Station.
