Wi-Fi throughout the property Fully furnished with fine and quality furniture, it consists of: Large living room with dining table and sofa bed with 135x180h cm mattress that can be used by 1 adult or 1 child. The apartment, upon specific request, can be equipped with a travel crib for children and a high chair. The living room with balcony lake view is adjacent to the garden terrace. 45-inch plasma TV with satellite signal, Sony amplifier and Dolby Surround Bose 5+1 complete the living room. The room with a garden view window is equipped with a 170x200h cm double bed wardrobe and wall bars that can be used for exercises. The bathroom, with a window overlooking the garden, is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washer-dryer. The kitchen, with a window overlooking the terrace-garden for easy use, is equipped with all comforts, refrigerator, stove, electric oven and microwave. A snack table allows for a quick snack. Guest access The apartment where our guests can stay is located in a residence with easy direct access to the property. At the entrance of the Residence, an outdoor parking space is reserved exclusively for the duration of your stay. The entrance is not accessible for people with disabilities. Other things to note Our guests have the opportunity to use the condominium swimming pool located in the Residence, open from June 1st to September 30th each year. On the evening of the last Saturday of June, the Sagra di San Giovanni is celebrated with a wonderful fireworks display on the island that can be seen by guests directly from the terrace or balcony.
