The space Our building was fully renovated in 2018 and offers soundproofed, air-conditioned, non-smoking private apartments and Deluxe Duplex Suite is at your disposal. Deluxe Duplex Suite rentals feature stylish interior as well as attractive furnishings. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa-bed, two bedrooms with "King" and "Queen size" beds, one bathroom with bathtub and a second one with shower. Designated smoking area is available on balcony between floors (out of building). Apartment is situated on 6th floor (top floor) and offers a nice through skylights. The apartment has 2 floors separated by stairs. The higher level servers solely for sleeping purposes (2 beds), all of the other room facilities are on the base level. The bedroom windows are heading to the yard, while the windows in the living room are heading to the street. Guest access The entire apartment is just for you. You enter the building where we have 15 apartments - three on each floor, but you do not share the apartment with anyone else! Please find an interactive map in the gallery. Our location allows you to be a local at the same time and have everything just by your side. Two famous parks around so you will enjoy Prague's architecture & nature! Do not miss it. Other things to note Deluxe Duplex Suite accommodates up to eight adults. If you are traveling with a baby we will gladly provide a baby crib for you (however it is not recommend to stay with children or baby in this room because of the staircase), all with fresh bed linens and towels.
