Studio/Loft adjoining the main house (independent entrance) Located in a large wooded area of a small town 10 minutes from a shopping area and 15 minutes from the city of Périgueux. Simple and equipped accommodation possible for a few months and also a pleasant corner of the countryside to rest and stop, come and enjoy nature. Enjoy the pool at certain times from 06/29 to 10/01 Welcome to Périgord, come and discover its tourist attractions. The space Many tourist sites nearby and also various activities: canoes, swimming, climbing, hiking, cycling and horseback riding, tennis, restaurant, cinemas... In the village you will find a grocery store, bakery, tobacco bar, gas station... and 7 minutes from a shopping center, greenway, golf, gym... Other things to note 1) Washing machine possible on request, surcharge of €5 for each wash (laundry not provided) 2) We accept only one small pet with a surcharge per week of €30 (to be added at the time of booking) But please contact us by message before booking to give us the choice to refuse. 3) We accept babies up to 1 year old, extra charge of €50 per week. (To be added at the time of booking additional person) No walking children (because of the pool available and not fenced) We also have a second accommodation if both are rented in July and August, time slots for the pool will be allocated!
